I have over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, including roles at Deutsche Bank and State Street, working across complex, regulated and international structures.My experience spans board processes, governance frameworks and stakeholder interaction, supporting organisations in building structured and effective governance as they grow.Based in Berlin, I now work with scaling companies to provide practical, hands-on governance support on a flexible basis.
